What can I expect after I start my campaign?
For one, you can expect results! After coordinating, reviewing, and approving all of your campaign assets, your Account Manager will notify you as soon as your campaign launches. When users show an interest in your products and services, you'll receive an email with all their contact information. This allows you to initiate contact and convert them into paying customers. Remember, your Account Manager is always available to help you improve, update, and enhance your ongoing campaign. Ultimately, your success is our success.
How many people will my campaign reach?
Your campaign will reach thousands of people through a well segmented audience on social media and carefuly optimized content on search engines, most of whom are already looking for your services.
What is a landing page?
A landing page is a web page that is specifically designed to convert visitors into high-quality leads. This of it as a “digital first impression” for your business. Rather than sending a visitor to a random page where they might become lost looking for the information they want, we give them a simplified page (in Spanish) that specifically directs them to request more information about your products and services. Already have a Website? Even better! After all, the larger your internet presence, the easier it will be for people to find your business. Plus, adding a Landing Page helps us strengthen the organic positioning of your brand. Don’t have a website? What are you waiting for? Potential customers are looking for you. Without a website, how are they going to find you? Remember, there’s no such thing as a “single sale.” Every transaction creates the potential for you to create advocates that promote your brand for free! How does a cover story or sponsored article benefit my business?
Sponsored articles and cover stories are invaluable to any company’s internet presence. Why? Because they add an air of legitimacy to a business that customers otherwise might not know. They also:

What is a Newsletter, and why is it valuable?
Newsletters are a great way to stay in constant contact with your growing customer base. They are essentially a special form of email which you can send to a list of subscribers. These are people who have already expressed interest in your product, service, or brand, so they’re much more likely to interact with you. In our case, our readers subscribe to our newsletter to receive info about events and services catering to the Latino community in their city.
How long will it take for my campaign to go live?
It will take two business days from the moment your payment is confirmed, and the company briefing is submitted for your campaign to launch. Keep in mind - it might take a bit longer if your response time is slower or if more than two revisions are requested.
How long will my campaign last?
All of our Premium Plans feature campaigns that last a full year (12 months). Social and Partner Plans, on the other hand, are scheduled on a month-to-month basis. However, you can purchase blocks of three months, six months, and 12 months as well.
Are payments made on a one-time or monthly basis?
For Premium Plans, you will be charged a one-time yearly payment. Around the 12-month mark, you will receive an email with an option to renew. Social and Partner Plans have monthly payments by default, but you can save up to 25% off the total cost by purchasing blocks of three, six, or 12 months.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept payments via credit card, debit card, email money transfer (e-transfer), PayPal, bank transfer, instant deposit, or check.
Will I get a campaign performance report?
Yes! At the end of your campaign, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing everything we’ve done to promote your brand. This includes information on the performance of your landing page, SEO keywords, and other advertising efforts. If you’d like to receive a report at any time during your campaign, simply reach out to your Account Manager via email, and they’ll be happy to oblige.
What if I want to cancel my account?
You’re free to cancel anytime, as long as it’s done before your next billing cycle. Just remember, if you cancel your account, your Landing Page and your blog will be lost. However, all of your editorial articles and social media posts will remain.
